Meet Our Directors

Teddy Baidoo is an astute Corporate Banker and Founder of Tesa Elevate. He has over 19 years corporate banking experience being in the helm of various business sectors spanning Construction and Infrastructure, Mining, FMCG and Financial Institutions across both local and multinational banks in Ghana. He has over a decade of rich experience in the construction industry.

His deep network spans construction firms, development finance institutions, and government bodies positioning him as a natural fit for driving Tesa Elevate’s growth in the premium switches, aluminium, and haulage space. He has structured and executed a USD50 million construction finance facility through ECOWAS, managed multi-billion cedi portfolios, and consistently built business from the ground up across some of Ghana’s leading banks.

At Tesa Elevate, Teddy leads strategic business development, connecting the company’s products and services with the contractors, developers, and institutions that need them most.

Joseph Boakye Yiadom is the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Oasis Capital Ghana LTD, Fund Managers of Oasis Africa VC Fund, investing in businesses across West Africa with offices in Accra and Abidjan.

He has significant experience in operations management, finance, and manufacturing, and provides invaluable support in operations, investment process management, and business development services to investee companies.

Prior to joining Oasis Capital, he was the Managing Director of Massilly Group in Ghana (a French Packaging Conglomerate), having risen from the position of Finance Manager. He managed a 100-plus sized staff in operations, finance and sales to consistently deliver a range of packaging products for clients across West Africa.

His operational experience and network in both Francophone and Anglophone West Africa are great assets to his team. He has been a board member of Oasis Capital Ghana since its inception and joined the team on a full-time basis as a Partner in 2012 and now as the Managing Partner.

He also serves on the boards of Oasis Capital Ghana LTD, Oasis Capital Côte d'Ivoire, Sinel Specialist Hospital, appsNmobile Solutions Ltd and Everpure Holdings, among others.

Joseph started his career in 1999 with Mel Consulting Ltd as a consultant, providing business development and financial management solutions to SME clients. Subsequently, he served as the Finance Manager of ENO International LLC before joining Massilly Group.

Outside of business, Joseph is a passionate youth mentor and loves teaching.

Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance both from the University of Ghana Business School. He speaks both English and French.

Sandra is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with over 15 years of experience building and running successful enterprises in Ghana. As founder and CEO of Cakeland Limited and Managing Director of Felicia’s Cphears, she has demonstrated a sharp instinct for operations, client service, and growing businesses from the ground up, with a clientele that spans major institutions including Chase Petroleum, Ecobank Ghana, Wilmar Limited, and Universal Engineering.

Her academic grounding in Hospitality Management (GIMPA) combined with hands-on entrepreneurial experience and training from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) gives her a strong foundation in both the operational and strategic dimensions of running a business.

At Tesa Elevate, Sandra brings her client-facing expertise, operational discipline, and entrepreneurial energy to drive the company’s growth across its premium switches, aluminium products, and haulage offerings.
