Building Ghana,
Empowering Communities
At Tesa Elevate, business success and community impact go hand in hand. We believe that every product we deliver and every project we support should leave Ghana stronger than we found it.
We don't just sell quality products; we invest in the communities that use them. From the apprentice learning to wire a home to the family turning on their lights for the first time, Tesa Elevate is committed to powering progress for all Ghanaians.

Our Key Initiatives
Electrician Apprenticeship Programme
Our flagship programme partners with master electricians across Greater Accra, Ashanti, and Western Region to provide structured apprenticeships for young people. Trainees receive hands-on experience, safety training, and access to quality tools and materials, setting them on a path to professional certification and economic independence.
Light Up Ghana Project
In partnership with local assemblies, we donate and install quality electrical fittings in schools, community centres, and health facilities in underserved communities. Every switch, socket, and fitting we install represents our belief that safe, reliable electricity is a right, not a privilege.
Green Building Advocacy
We actively promote energy-efficient electrical solutions and durable building materials that reduce waste and long-term costs. Through industry workshops and contractor outreach, we advocate for sustainable construction practices that benefit both the environment and the bottom line.
Women & Youth in Construction
We champion diversity in Ghana's construction industry by creating pathways for women and young people. From sponsoring female electricians' training to mentoring youth entrepreneurs in the aluminium fabrication space, we're building a more inclusive industry for the future.
